Vital Pathway Strategic Evaluations (VPSE) collaborates with attorneys and legal representatives nationwide, offering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and ethically neutral forensic and immigration evaluations.

Reports are detailed, DSM-5 supported, and designed to meet evidentiary standards for immigration and court submissions.

VPSE ensures objectivity, clinical accuracy, and rapid turnaround time, supporting attorneys in effectively presenting their client’s psychosocial and mental health context.

Flexible payment arrangements may be available for qualifying immigration evaluation matters.

This professional courtesy applies exclusively to immigration mental health evaluations and does not extend to court-ordered, forensic, or criminal evaluations.

Intake Process Inquiry

Step 1: Submit Referral

Attorneys can securely upload documents via the referral form portal or submit directly to the encrypted intake system.
Each referral must include:

Attorney name and firm
Client name and contact info
Type of evaluation
Deadline (court/interview date)
Language needs

Step 2: Review & Scheduling

Referrals are reviewed within 48 business hours. Clients receive intake paperwork and a scheduled consultation.

Step 3: Evaluation & Report Delivery

Includes:

Two 1.5–2 hour interviews
Document review (legal, medical, personal)
Optional standardized testing
Comprehensive report written for legal presentation
Direct communication with the referring attorney if needed
