Clinical, Forensic, and Immigration Evaluations
Clinical, Forensic, Immigration Evaluations, and Specialized Assessments are conducted for Legal, Administrative, and Immigration-related purposes. These evaluations include structured clinical interviews, standardized psychological testing, and review of relevant records to determine mental health status, assess trauma-related presentations, and produce objective written reports for courts, agencies, employers, educational institutions, or the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
All services provided by VPSE are for evaluation only and are delivered with professional neutrality, ethical role clarity, and adherence to applicable licensure and legal standards.

Ethical Scope of Practice & Role Separation
In accordance with applicable professional ethical standards, forensic practice guidelines, and state licensure regulations, Vital Pathway Strategic Evaluations provides only Clinical Forensic Immigration Evaluations.
Providing psychotherapy, counseling, treatment, supervision, advocacy, or other ongoing clinical services to individuals who are the subject of an evaluation would constitute a dual relationship and compromise evaluator objectivity. For this reason, such services are ethically prohibited within this practice.
All evaluation services are conducted with clearly defined role boundaries, professional neutrality, and adherence to the legal purpose of the referral.
